1.) When speaking OOC (Out Of Character) please use )).
2.) All attacks should allow for some form of defense. Each move is simple an attack and a defense. Attacks are attempted whereas defences are completed. If the defence can possibly work, then it does. No trying to find technicalities. Attacks must be clear and in Layman's terms. Meaning actually describe your attacks instead of naming them.
3.) Disputes should be worked out by all parties engaged in the fight alone; however, if no agreeable conclusion can be reached, you may ask a Manager for a ruling. If one is not available post it on the board without any of the OOC arguements and management will make a decision. It will be handed to the " Fight judge" whom has been selected. You must post the entire fight on the proper board..
4.) In order to keep RP moving along fluidly, Management has chosen to invoke a 3 day rule. When in RP pertaining to battles, captivity, negotiations, and other matters of importance involving 2 or more players, a 3 day period will be allowed between posts. Any player exceeding that limit will automatically forfeit their turn and the other(s) will be allowed to post in their place. Management will decide what the other are allowed to do. EX: Called hits: approaching and landing on a planet unhindered escaping or breaching a compound, ect. This rule will be loosely enforced during RPs of little significance. If all parties of an RP choose to delay posting then this will be ignored. If for some reason you are required to be away from an RP, please use courtesy and post in the General section accordingly. If by chance something happens that causes you to be away without the ability to post before hand, contact management and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
5.) For the sake so everyone knows. The age time limit is one rl moth= two rp months/ 6rl months=one rp year.
6.) Characters who are gone more that a few weeks need to have a reason ic for being gone. Storys can be held only so long before it is lost.
7.)Role players who chose NOT to come to the role play for a 3 month rl time frame. WILL be demoted or removed from whatever they are possion they have.  This includes Force users as well.. You will be demoted in some way if you CHOOSE to avoid this rp .... for more than 3 rl months without some form of communication...Ex, rulings of plantes, corperations, orgazations. This is done because it is un fair to those who WANT and CARE to play. Roleplayers who deicde to AVOID the rp because of attitude or other BS.. will be demoted.. People who do not even attempt to contact their fellow rpers within a year of RL time will be removed....  (Without notice,,,,You want what you have, own or have earned...well  play it. Also it is plain rude to be like to a friend!! You want a friend then you earn it.. You do not walk over them like they are trash and then leave because you want to... and expect to come back with everything?!? THE ONLY EXCEPTION WILL BE DUE TO MEDICAL PROBLEMS THAT PUT YOU THE WRITTER IN SERIOUS SITUATION... OR SOME OTHER SERIOUS SITUATION.... At WHICH POINT YOU CAN POST ON THE BOARD OR SEND ME A PERSONAL MESSAGE IF YOU WANTED ME TO KNOW!!)

9.) some of the rules are going to be shall we say tapped a bit for diffrent reasons.. ( Be understanding while I work on them please. )

10.) Ooc fights will NOT be tolerated.. there you have been warned... -.-

11.) People who park or are found stealing rpers will be banned onsite...

12.) Rpers who throw temper tanturms, make threats, and or walk out..Or any other out of line idea... *WILL*  lose everything they have! Rp is a game and for fun, If you have a problem with that in ANY way  [[ **STAY OUT OF THE ROOM.....**]]
13.) If you don't see something on the boards that should be there.. um rather than flip out with tanturms.. Come and talk like a civilal person to me about it. Many problems happen because of misuderstandings or lack of communication in something.. That was a simple accident.
