| Atton Rayne was sat in the center of the jedi camp set up on degobah, his mind was racing, between his message to the masters, which he was sure they would fins subordinate, but which also, he was sure, was needed...and the replies to his offer for lessons, he was hard pressed to find a time when he had 5 minutes to reflect, not to mention the small matter of the princess and her empire. He sighed softly...glancing around the desolate swamps, he disliked this place very much....and it was no place to bring padawans who were not ready for it. The thing was, he was sure there was somewhere out there, a rumor flew around, when he was just entering his padawan years, of a hidden temple...some where in the Zhar system. Standing he folded his arms into the sleeves of his robes, and began to walk slowly down from the camp, he could see his ship down the hill, but he wasnt going straight away, he took a left into a large tent, moved to the holo-player and pressed record, a light flicked on and atton began to speak "Hello, i am leaving this message to those of you on degobah, i am going, we need a place more suitable than this to train the young and rebuild, a place to prepare...i am down at my ship preparing for the journey and will be leaving within a few hours..." he paused, apparently in thought, it was a good 10 seconds before he spoke again, a 10 seconds that saw him glancing over his shoulders a few times "...obviously i shall not utter where i will be going here, but i am not acting without cause, and should the sith get wind of this, i fear another sacred place of the jedi will be lost...i shall send word if i am successful, may the force be with you." Atton lent forward and pushed the button, the holo recording would end there, he glanced down at the player, it would clearly show a new message stored and ready for playing, and with a small smile he turned, satisfied...and left the tent again...he moved down the hill more quickly now, and arrived at his ships entrance ramp and walked up it, T9 was waiting just inside, and bleeped a welcome "we have work to do, i want the ship to be ready for a trip to the Zhar system...i trust you know how far that is, everything must be working in harmony...now, lets get to work" The droid let out one long, low whistle and scurried off, atton took of his cloak and headed towards the cockpit...the star maps need checking...then it would be the engine room to make sure everything was ok down there...all the while the question burning in his mind..."would anyone want to come?...and could this rumor be something more..."

| Vanin caught wind of Attons message, he was now back with Rome and his sister Jaylen.. but this message, Vanin felt it to be a calling, his curiosity kicked in, where was the Jedi Knight Atton heading too.. The 12 year old Padawan raced from the camp, leapt over a few large rocks, to get to Attons ship.. he briskly ran up the ships ramp, wanting to go with the Knight.. he glanced around as he entered the ship, not seeing anyone at frist, he made his way into the ship's cockpit.. on seeing Atton, this had to be the Jedi Knight, "Greetings Jedi Knight Rayne, I am padawan Ironside, I sent you a message a while go".. Vanin said and give a bow, straighten up, his training saber hung from his belt.. he offered a smile.."May I make this journey with you, I promise not to get in the way".. he said with excitement, in his voice..

| If either of them chose to check Knight Rayne's sensors they would see that a small unmarked fighter exited hyperspace just outside of Dagobah's atmosphere. A slightly nasal voice came over the ship's comm, "Knight Atton Rayne, if you are still on the planet please respond. Once you take off I would like permission to dock in your ship."

| Atton was just closing up the front panel of the nav-computer...waving a hand lazily through the air the screws began to fasten them self once more with the help of the force, it was then he heard someone walking towards the cockpit, yes...it was only T9 on board with him, and these were definitely foot steps. Standing slowly he picked up an old rag and began to wipe his hands as Vanin burst into the cock-pit. Atton stood silently, watching the padawan, still wiping his hands in the rag as he spoke, when Vanin mentioned that he had spoke to him before it clicked where Atton had heard his voice...the young padawan who was the first to reply for the training lessons, now attons mouth broke into a smile "Greetings Padawan Ironside..." He threw the rag onto the back of the pilots chair still watching Vanin closely, he seemed ready for the lessons, even eager...thought atton, and he is maybe more eager to come on this trip...and then he gave a slow nod "...as long as your master does not mind, you may accompany me to the Zhar system...though it will not be a short trip, it is going to be a few weeks before we even reach the system...and then we must search..." He broke off as the ships comm kicked in, and a mans voice issued from it...he listened intently before walking to the comm... " my friend, i am still on the planet...though i have no room for a ship on board...just a speeder and my swoop..." he released the button then tapped in his coordinates and sent them to the mans ship once he had a signal lock, then turned back to Vanin... "Well...i have to get to the engine room, if you have to ask your master...now would be the time, or if you have to do anything for that matter...we shall be leaving soon."

| Vanin watched Atton as he spoke to him, and indeed vanin eager to learn from him.. he was looking forward to the lessons, when Atton had the time of course.. and Vanin had patience.. "I do not have a Master" he said.. "Rome Falcen, my brother inlaw, if you know of him, has promised to train me" he replied, "I'm sure Rome and my sister wont mind me going with you.. to the Zhar system" Vanin blinked, as Attons comm went off, he listened to the Jedi Knight talk to someone, and once Atton was done.. Vanin give a nod.. to Atton's words.. "I'll let my family know" he said and give a salute with his right hand..

| Atton listened to Vanin silently...he had heard of rome falcon before...though he was not close, he smiled alittle "Perhaps we shall get around to some lessons on our journey, it will break the time up nicely i think..." he turned and punched a few more of the keys on the nav-computer, then turned to face Vanin once more "very well, go and let them know...i believe we will be joined by another, but then shall be leaving as soon as i have the ship ready..." and he bowed slightly in response to Vanin's salute...

| Vanin give a smile.. in reply to the lessons.. he was curious about who else was joining them on the journey.. a nod is given to Atton, and a bow in return.. Vanin quickly darted out of the cockpit.. and straight down the ships ramp.. taking a seat at the end of the ramp.. reaching for his comlink.. he now sent a secured message to his family, and took a deep breath.. placing his comlink away.. his eyes now surveyed for the other, who was to join them, on this journey...

| Almost the instant after Vanin had finished his message, the two of them would hear the sounds of a ship's engines disengaging and a fighter landing. Soon after, the ship's landing hatch descended, giving out a hissing noise followed by a soft bang as the ramp hit the ground. Slow, booted footsteps clanged across the metal hallways of Atton Rayne's ship. After just a moment, their guest entered the room where Vanin stood. At first sight, the boy would probably be surprised. Most people were when they saw him for the first time. Standing at just under five feet tall, the light green-skinned Bith glanced around, his large black eyes scanning the room. "Hello," he said simply to Vanin. "I am Lore, though I don't believe you are who I came to meet. Have you come to learn from Sir Atton as well?"

| Vanin stood to his booted feet, alerted by the sound of the ships engines.. he glanced up at the Skys.. watching the new ship coming in for a landing.. Vanin paused as the hatch opened.. the figure of a Bith, revealed coming towards him.. and Vanin was surprised and darted back up the ramp, to go inform Atton, his guest had arrived.. he glanced over his shoulder at the clanging of Lore's boots across the ships floor.. Vanin turned, and offered a bow.. "Greetings Lore.. I am Padawan Ironside.. and yes I have come here to learn from Atton too, and try to help him, on this journey".. Vanin replied.. and pointed with his finger to the cockpits entrance.. "Jedi Knight Rayne is in there" he said, it was were Vanin last saw the Knight, before he had stepped outside.. unless if Atton had already gone to the engine room...

| Atton's utility droid would come wheeling and bleeping to the main deck of the super nova...he weave around the 2 padawans and stop just as Atton emerged with a data pad from the cockpit...he looked down at T9 as the droid began t fire off bleeps, beeps and other random noises...Atton simply watched for a moment before grinning... "oh you are good..." he said with a chuckle, shaking his head "...very well my friend, i have gone through the nav-computer but you could go and make sure everythings alright with the other systems" The droid wheeled passed Atton into the cock pit and Atton looked over at the two padawans, the new comer was a bith aye?...excellent he thought... "well, it seems T9 has the engines ready...we should be off in a matter of minutes...he offred a slight bow to the bith "greetings padawan...i am knight rayne..." he glanced back to the cock pit and sighed "...i feel i should tell you of what you have signed up for...yes, i shall help futher you on your path through this life...mastery of the force is not something that can be achived easily....but yes, it can be achived, and i shall help you for this part of your training...and no doubt more in the future...but this journey we are taking has more important roots, i have heard rumor of anccient jedi artifacts, storred inside a hidden temple of the jedi somewhere in the Zhar system....it is a long journey...and the system is not small with many worlds...but we shall find it" he flashed a reasuring smile and turned into the cockpit...calling back "you should find seats...we are leaving" he moved into the cockpit and T9, whilst plugged into the ships sytems, fired up the engines, Atton sat down in the pilots chair and tapped a few keys on the console...then lifting back on the control stick the ship lifted from the ground....the entrance ramp closing as the ship rised...up and up untill it was moving out of the atmosphere...he turned in the seat and got up again, his dark jedi blending in with the velvety blackness of space now visibale through the cockpit windscreen "you know the coordinates, i want the hyper drive only x2 for now...see how she runs" he spoke to the droid before moving back to the padawans, hopefully now, in seats... "So!..." he said in a bright voice "...where to begin?"

| The bith nodded once when Knight Rayne acknowledged him and followed him into the cockpit, where he took the chair farthest from the console, leaving the copilot's chair for Vanin. He sat silently as the ship slowly rose, and then burst into hyperspace. He found it only fitting to introduce himself as the three of them would be spending quite some time together. "I am Lore, Lore T'Soon."

| Vanin did the same, he stayed in step with Lore , heading into the cockpit.. he took the copilots seat.. and strapped in for the take off.. Vanin sat quietly.. thinking about his sister, wondering when he was going to see her again.. his attention shifted to Jedi Knight Rayne, as he broke the silence in the cockpit.. by saying **So**, and Lore introduce himself again... Vanin give Lore a wave with his hand.."Hi Lore" he said, then glancing to Atton.. "I have a question." Vanin said.. "when we reach the Zhar system, find it.. what will we do next" he asked.. with curiosity..

| Atton nodded to Lore's greeting, feeling sure they had already been made, he glanced to Vanin, his bright blue eyes watching him closely, his thoughts and feelings were easy enough to sense while he was dwelling on his sister, then he listened as he spoke "well, then we shall return to our order, hopefully with the missing artifacts and coordinates for the hidden temple" he looked down at the console, T9 bleeped and left the cockpit on his way to the engine room, he really was a very efficient Droid, better than Atton could have hoped "hopefully by that time, the council will have convened and we will have a plan of action to destroy the sith and free the galaxy" his thoughts moved to his own sister, she was surely on Korriban...but why? and why was he so nearly taken there?...all these thoughts came in a matter of seconds, and were instantly covered, hidden and shielded by his mind, he glanced back at Vanin "who is it your thoughts dwell on?" he asked in a soft voice, flicking a few switches on the console in front of him

| Vanin shifted in his chair slightly.. as he listened to Atton answer his question.. this sounded to be a mission.. artifacts, and a hidden temple.. Vanin hoped this was not a Sith Temple, Atton was talking about.. Sith Temples held a danger of there own, the darkside.. this Vanin knew very will, hopefully this was just a normal Temple Atton spoke of... Vanin titled his head at Atton as he asked him now a question "I was thinking about my sister Jaylen, she is way older then me, I wonder if she will miss me,.. You can sense my thoughts" Vanin asked and glanced over to Lore, then back to Atton as he flicked on a few switchs... on the ships console ..

| Lore was steadily getting more exited about their upcoming mission. Ancient temples, vast treasures. It was a dream come true for the bith. No! he reminded himself. It was a dream come true for the old Lore T'soon. He would try his hardest not to be distracted by the treasure, to stay at Atton's side, to accomplish the mission.
