Hidden assassin attack!

Surine Turned her head just as she saw the person come at her with the staff in the training room where she had simply been medating quietly for a bit after morning breakfast. . Slipping her right foot forward only enough so that it looked like she did not move her body with the speed the attacker had they would not focus on something so small.. >

Surine Reaching her hands up towards the staff like she was going to try and take it. The attacking female fell over the foot loosing balance by the trip. While she slipped the staff out of the others hand. Spinning around as she aimed the pointed tip down at her neck when she turned over to try and figure out what the heck happened. >

Surine “ Remember one need not have a weapon to fight. “ she said with a smirk.

Mericas was stepping in as the action was taking place. "And one needs not courage to attack an unarmed opponent." He tossed in. He would move to the practice dummy with his wooden blade, the slap of wood started the blades of metal to spin furiously as he spun ducked, jumped and parried the blades away hitting soft points in the machine.<

Mericas The machine would soon start slowing.. Only to speed up as did Mericas, his skill was indisputable. He was undeniably one of the best. And he would be sure to make the Father proud.

Surine Blinked a few times when she heard a voice of a male and looked up rather quickly to see who it was. While her hand pressed down on the staff at the attacking persons neck. She looked back down at her “ Aye he is right. But also know what your fighting before your attack. Because as you can see I can end this simply.. “ she pointed out. >

Surine There was no reason to beat her into the ground so why do it? Slipping the staff back and reaching a hand out to her if she wanted help up. Such as most training would end in friendship looking over at Mer again while the attacker reached a hand to the side of the belt she was wearing and drew a small knife. Slashing it across her hand that>

Surine was reached out to her causing her to scream out taking a few steps back rather quickly..

Mericas spun quickly seeing the attack he flun a knife from what seemed to be nowhere, the knife soared through the air landing in the attackers hand and pinning the hand to the wall nearby. "You should be killed for attacking when the fight was over..Your honor is tarnished. With out honor why should you breath?" He glared as he moved.<

Mericas His steps taking him closer to the attacker, he looked to Surine "Are you alright?" He asked as he brought his foot to rest against the woman on the grounds throat. "You fight for the father.. Yet here you are fighting against him? In the name of Efu'ragh I should shatter your skull"
Surine There was another scream when the attackers hand was pinned to the wall.. Surine pulled her hand to her chest wrapping it in her shirt. She did not take time to look at it yet. Though her feet slipped to a stance of ready to fight with the staff in her other hand ready looking to see what happened. She saw that Mer was blocking the attacker.>

Surine With a slight nod to him that she thought she was okay at least. “ Why the hell was I attacked!” she growled clearly she had been jumped in the frist place. There was a few marks on her face and arm where she had been fighting before he had come in.

Mericas Pushed the foot onto the womans throat tighter then eased up "Speak" He ordered. Though his eyes locked on the womans, his own were glowing wildly. He would wait for her to speak, should she not he would break her neck.. He would kill the woman on the spot should he have to.

Surine :: The woman reached her other hand up trying to push his boot away from her neck though she coughed a bit of air. When he let up the presure that was set on her neck. “ I don’t answer to you “ she spat at him closing her eyes. :: While Surine leaned against the wall trying to figure this out.

Mericas mer shook his head "Then you can die.." He said as he rose his heel slightly only to kick her up into the air. "Arm yourself..." He said spinning the wooden blade he held. He didn't need a blade for this one.

Surine :: The female growled when he kicked her reaching hand to pull the knife from her other hand to free her from the wall turning to face him. “ come on “ she gave him with a motion of her hand at him. Something seemed weird about this female. :: While Sur opened her eyes at the words mer said to the attacked.. But did not dare speak a word.

Mericas with in a flash Mer was towards her. His wooden blade coming down towards the attackers right shoulder to slam her to the ground. "Keep your guard up." He told her before his blade came in a flurry nailing the attacker every time. The skill he used fascinating. A beautiful dance in combat.

Surine Sur watched with the amazment of his dance of movments he was defending her and it was starting to dawn on her a little bit at that moment. :: The attacker did keep her guard up as she sliced through with the knife slicing his shirt across his gut. She was trying to kill him right there.

Mericas the shirt was sliced... But no skin was touched. His blade came in fast to her head, slamming against her. Slamming her to the ground. "Stay balanced... You move in to attack and you move in to defend at the same time.." He would watch the woman before his hand shot a force push of amazing strength sending her to the wall with a thud.

Surine :: The female was not balanced at all and she was fighting simply to kill. Thus she was not hitting anything. But the material he was wearing over his form “ I will kill you!”

she hissed out at him just as the blade came across her silencing any further words. Though her hand opened and dropped the knife when she was pushed back so hard>

Surine into the wall. Knocking her out of the fight and dead ? :: Sur just stood there in shock a moment.

Mericas the woman was not dead.. Not yet any ways. "Have her secured... She will be questioned later..." He said as he spun his blade and then tossed the wooden weapon aside. He really had no reason to kill the woman. He would have liked to.. But it would be hard to explain. He looked to Surine "Are you okay?" He asked her quietly.

Surine Sur looked rather stunned at him after it all ended. She would give a little nod and reach her hand over to her small com link on her belt and whispered to send a guard to secure someone. Then she shrugged a little bit “ You defended me… “ she whispered to him in a soft admittance to him. It clearly superied her.

Mericas looked to her then the woman "I guess so..." He said as he went to training. He really didn't have much to say. What was there to say? He saved her yea but he didn't expect anything in return so what was he supposed to say here?

Surine Bit down on her lower lip a little bit. He did save her and she wanted to thank him for it. But how would she do that when she went to let her hand drop from the shirt it was then that the pain slipped through her arm. She groaned looking down at her arm “ I think I need a few stiches or something “ she mubbled low. Walking over to him >

Surine “ Um, how can I thank you?” she asked him quietly while the female was taken away. Someone would have the fun of questioning her later….

Mericas looked to her raising a brow "Fight... Live and fight for Efu'ragh and you have thanked me..." He was determined that he was here to fight for the creator. He would look to her hand. "And yes you should get that checked out" Having heard her low mumble quite clearly.

Surine She gave him a soft nod that she would do that but that was what she did anyway. “ No, silly I already do that. You went beyond that. I want to do something for you. “ she said to him looking down at her hand “ oh you heard me… well would you go with me to the unit? I don’t like people much messing with me. “ she told him in admittance.

Mericas nodded "I will... Give you company?" He said unsure if he used it in the right context. He would look to her hand. He then looked forward as they moved he would stand tall in the black clothes he was given by the creator. He was tall and strong. Able to best most assassins... They weren't much after all.

Surine Smiled a little to him with a nod " It would be much appericated. Would it be right to call you my friend?" she asked him in a whisper to him. When she noticed the cuts through his tunic and sighed. " I will get you a new shirt." she promised him Starting to leave the training room wrapping her arm back into her tunic again.

Mericas nodded to her question of friendship. He would move with her. His eyes shifted as he watched for another attack, though the likely hood of another attack was slim to none. He still kept an eye out. He would make his way with her to the med unit holding the door for her.

Surine She smiled even more so when he nodded about it. She had a friend in this place and she would let the father know what happen to.! She stopped at the door when he held it open and looked at him with a smile " Thank you " she whispered to him stepping out into the hallway walking down towards the med bay unit. Her pace slowed more and more.

Mericas sighed seeing her slowing.. All from a cut on her hand.. He would lift her and carry her quickly to the med unit, when they got there he would set her on the examining bed and a doc would start right away on treating her.

Surine There was a quiet squeak he might hear when he picked her up and carried her in. If it had been anyone else they would be laid flat on the floor. She looked up at Mer " I don't like this.. " she instied to him. But then she had a bad experiance in a med unit and no ne hadgotten her into another scince. She was tense and watched for the doc to come.

Mericas shook his head "Relax... I will be right here.." He said as he crossed his arms when the doc came in, again to work and again healing her up like it was nothing. Mericas looked to her "See wasn't that bad was it?"

Surine Well she had only looked at the doc a moment. When she heard his words and smiled a little to him watching his blue eyes. That she did not pay any attention to what the doc did.. " huh?" she whispered looking back at hr hand and turning it over looking.. She looked at the doc " thanks" she whispered to him. Looking back at Mer somewhat emberessed..

Mericas simply nodded to her "Ready to get out of here?" He asked her as he started for the door, he hated doctors himself. In the pits they were anything but friendly after all. He would look back to her and nod towards the door silently saying hurry up.

Surine On that she would not need to be told twice slipping down off the bed moving towards the door quickly with a few quick steps.. " I am ready" she said to him with a slight smile. She was greatful for her friend at the moment.

Surine By the time she got to the doorway he was gone and she sighed a little bit then. She needed to find the father and tell him what happened there. Somone was against them she was sure of it. She wondered how they got in or if they were someone who had gone bad? That was not possible was it?
