| Professor Berg stood in a safari outfit, with a group of archeology professors Korribans best team, ordered by TeRin to greet the man from the holo net message, they were the ones who were going to inspect the said artifact.. Breg waited excited to have a look at the ancient treasure, all artifacts had a history a story behind it, or a dark past with mysterious secrets.. It was not long ago they had unearthed a new Sith tomb, the dig was led by, Aarin the Princess of Korriban, though the tomb belongs to a unknown Sith Lord.. they still have yet to identify who this Sith Lord was.. Berg turned his gaze to the group of troopers armed with blasters marching in their diretion, on foot patrol, he hailed the fresh air into his lungs, then settled his gaze, back at the many landing pads.. waiting for this said person, and the artifact to arrive..

| The Solus Verde dropped down through the atmosphere of Korriban unscathed by the planetary defenses that were no doubt tracking his progress all the way down to the landing pad, ready to turn him to dust if he even veered from his course. He had something of interest to the Sith, however, so he figured he was safe for the moment. At least it was no mystery that the Sith occupied the planet, but then, if they were trying to hide they would likely have set up a neutral meeting location. As it was, he was as much on edge as he was intrigued to see the planet with such ancient history. Firing the repulsorlifts to slow the descent as the landing legs emerged to support the craft, Karth left the system to automatically shift to idle while he moved to the storage area, gathering not only the light-whip, but also the papers he had found and the more well preserved other bits - the most notable being a laser pistol of rather old design. Just because he did not understand them did not mean the Sith could not, and he expected he could get an even better price if the papers turned out to be manuscripts dropped by whichever Sith the weapon belonged to. As he was below, he activated the short range communicators. He had set them to the same frequency that had been used to respond to his holomet message, therefore he assumed someone from Korriban would be listneing. "This is Karth Veshok of the Solus Verde. I have been in contact with your air traffic control, you probably already know that though. I'm on docking platform nine. Will someone be sent to meet me or am I to be escourted somewhere else?"

| Korriban started to track The Solus Verde befor the ship entered Korriban space.. nothing ever went unnoticed by Korriban, and all visiters were interogated aftter their landing, many came to join the Sith Academy, only the worthy were accepted into the Academy, any wanna be Sith were killed off of course, or used as test subjects.. Karth had nothing to fear unless he is part of the Jedi Order, and Korriban now held the Jedi Knight Rome Falcen, and his padawan captive, it was why TeRin couldn't make a appearance at the moment.. On Karths message, he would get a response back, "You have clearance to land on platform nine, be prepared to state your business, you will be greeted by troopers" the said message to Karth.. Meanwhile, armed troopers surround The Solus Verde, all blasters set on stun, Professor Berg and his peers approached Karths ship, waiting for the ships ramp to open with patience, waiting to talk to the owner of the craft, they didn't have a name of the said person, or persons who were bringing the Artifacts..

| The hiss and a rush of depressurizing air preceeded the slow opening of the loading ramp that came up into the cargo bay, which ran the length of the lower half of the ship. The interior synthetic lighting did little compared to the bright light of Korriban's sun, causing Karth to raise a hand up to sheild his eyes for a moment until they became used to it. He was no stranger to being surrounded by armed men, that much he would admit, but at least this time they weren't going to shoot on sight. He was glad of that, since his droid was nowhere to be found. He wasn't even sure Vex had come in since leaving Ruusan, and he wondered if the droid didn't just stay behind to finish things with the other scavanger crews there. He dreaded the thought, but now was not the time to deal with it. He strode forward down the ramp, looking rather comfortable despite having weapons trained on his every move. He could almost feel the gaze of several watchful eyes, and while usually he would have expected a fully armored marine to be the one he was meeting, he was a little relieved to find what he suspected were scientists waiting to greet him. With the cloth bag in one hand, he made his way towards the gathering of men. "I trust you are the welcome party?" He asked, addressing the Professor and his entourage. "My name is Karth. I have artifacts here that I believe will be of interest to your master, who has expressed this interest via the holonet."

| Berg and his peers watched as the ships ramp hissed opened, and Karth appeared walking down the loading ramp.. making his identity known to them, Breg gestured with a wave of his hand, for the troopers to lower their weapons, and to stand by, case this was a trick of sorts.. Breg removed his safari hat, tucking it under his arm, and strode forward, "Hello Karth we have been expecting you, I am Professor Berg in charge of Korribans archeology team, and we are quite interested in the artifacts you have brought, I trust your travel here was no trouble or a problem, he extended his hand out to offer a friendly hand shake, not that Sith were friendly, Breg wasn't a Sith or a force user he only worked for the Sith..

| The captain transferred the bag of artifacts carefully into his other hand, extending his right hand out to take that of the archeologist in the steady grip of a pilot. It was a short affair, but it was a bit comforting to know that the people here were not all so uptight as someone like Vader. Somehow, he doubted the black armored Sith would not shake hands. This archeologist, a professor apparently, seemed down to earth enough. Karth couldn't help but flash a grin at the pun. "Professor, good to meet you. I'm glad to know someone has taken a genuine interest in this history. Course, it also means I could ask a higher price for this." He added with a chuckle. "I didn't mention it on the holonet, but I've got more than just the lightsaber here. I'm sure you'll be interested. I have an ancient laser pistol, and even more importantly, I have some manuscript fragments as well. Not sure what they say, but maybe you can make heads or tails of them. Got them in an airtight medical container since that was the best I could to to preserve them. So, where to now? Hopefully it involves getting out of this hot dusty air?" He asked hopefully.

| Professor Breg apparently seemed down to earth to Karth, but could Breg be trusted his loyaitys were to the Sith, and the research of archeology, he would back stab anyone with a blink of an eye.. Once the introduction was done, Breg put his hat back on his head, his epression slowly turned to a serious look of character, as Karth spoke.. "TeRin is only interested in the lightsaber, I myself wouldn't mind inspecting the manuscript fragments" he replied, and gestured with his hand "This way", Breg started to slowly walk, the sun baked down, not every one was used to Korriban hot dusty weather atmosphere conditions, the planet offered.. Breg and his peers, and along with a band of troopers, escorted Karth into the Valley of the Dark Lords, some called it The Valley Of The Sith Lords, they traveled on foot, the ancient valley walking distance.. the skys roared with imperial tie frighters on sky patrol.. they now arrived to the vally of the dark lords. The grounds busy with all sorts of traffic, students scientists, and alot more armed troopers, security high.. a newly built compond came into view. Breg turned to Karth, "Wait here".. Breg made his way ahead of the group to the compond, guarded by troopers, he flashed his ID card to them coming to a stop, and had a few words with them, out of ear shot of Karth.. the troopers nodded to Breg. Breg then swept his ID card through a control panel, the doors to the compond hissed opened.. Breg glanced over to Karth, "This is our destination, any weapons you carry, you'll have to hand them over to the troopers befor you enter the compond".. he said faltly, and loud enough for Karth to hear him.. ------------- (OOC np with the other account, I guess it can get confuseing lol)

| Karth followed along behind Breg and the troopers, his eyes sharp and studious as they flickered around, taking in every detail of the path they were taking down into the valley ahead. He hardly trusted Breg - in fact, he trusted the man less than he would the sith's soldiers. At least he knew they would shoot him if he stepped out of line, and were under orders to do so. Independant parties like the archeologist made him edgy. As they arrived at the valley, Karth could not help but marvel at the mix of ancient structures and modern buildings together with the large military presence. It was no surprise the Sith chose this location as a base of operations. He didn't know much about the Force, or the Sith, but he would see why the history here would be important. Slowing to a stop, Karth cast a glance over his shoulder back up the path that they had come along. The Solus Verde was not even visible anymore, which always made the pilot a little uneasy, and he could usually get over it, but combined with his currently existing unrest, he would not likely leave the state he was in now, a constant state of being on edge. At least it would keep him on his toes. He made his way towards Breg once he was called, brushing back his jacket with his free hand to reveal the pistol holstered there. Slowly, he drew the weapon holding the back of the barrel so that there was no risk of anyone thinking he was about to shoot up the place. He held the weapon out grip first towards one of the troopers stationed near the doorway. "I understand. I want this back when I leave, by the way." With that he gave a curt nod to Breg. "Lead on, Professor."

| The trooper trained his blaster at Karth, at his suddened movement he revealed his pistol holster, the weapon snatched from Karths hand. The trooper motioned with his blaster, for Karth to move on into the compond.. Breg chuckled slightly to his peers, "Karth your weapon will be returned to you, at the end", while he spoke Breg, and his peers moved in side, passing through a body scanner, another cheak point, that would pick up any other concealed weapons, even trackers.. Breg, and the others came to a stop, passing through the scanner, with out a problem, waiting on Karth..

| The weapon was given up without any fight aside from his verbal request to have the weapon returned. It was a rather standard pistol, but it was the principal of the matter. He was not about to let these alleged professors have full run of the show. The laughter between Berg and his peers made him edgy though. Edgy because he would just as soon expect the Sith to trade with him as he expected them to simply take the items from him. He was still alive though, and that made him start to believe he would be let go afterwards. After all, a smuggler could always be of benefit to them later on down the line, especially one with a droid that was practically a bounty hunter in his own rights. Lifting up the bag out to his side at the end of his arm's extension, he raised an eyebrow and stared down Breg from across the scanner. "You DO realize that I have a bag that contains weapons, albeit ancient ones, right?" He glanced to the troopers nearby with an incredulous look, then gave a shrug. Still, he passed through the scanner with his arm held outright to show that he was not about to pull a blade on anyone or catch them off guard. He had no weapons other than his pistol, and he usually did not wear a tracer at all, since he was somewhat paranoid of having unwanted people tracking him on the same signal. Therefore, nothing would show up on any scans, though the bag would have both the lightsaber hilt and the outline of an ancient Republic pistol with no traces of power left in the cells whatsoever. "Pray, lead on Professor. If their reputation lives up to their legend, we would not want to keep your employers waiting too long."

| Breg smirked "Of course we realize your bag of weapons, you still have to pass through the scanner".. Karth is motioned by a trooper to move on, passing with flying colours.. From this point they moved down a quiet hallway inside the structure of the building.. coming to a Lab, Breg briefly glanced to Karth, "My employers will not be meeting with you today, what is the said price you are asking for the lightsaber".. he asked, taking his ID card, Breg swept it into a panel, giving them access to the lab.. the double doors hissed open with a snap.. Breg entered frist followed by his peers.. Inside endless of tables, and counters.. there use to examine artifacts brought up from the tombs. Valuable artifacts were transported to Korriban's palace, stored under lock, and key, guarded.. Breg, and his peers gathered around a table, waiting for Karth to make a showing of his said artifacts..

| After his safe passage through the scanners, Karth was finally granted an idea of the enormity of the archeological project that was being undertaken on Korriban. As he followed the professors down a hallway, one that likely branched off many times before they reached their destination, he wondered if this was the only site like this, or if there were others. It wasn't really his concern though. If the Sith wanted to spend valuable resources and time digging up old relics like the ones he had come to trade, who was he to argue, especially if he could turn a profit from it? The room he was led to merely confirmed his assumptions that this was a large scale operation. This lab was quite impressive, even to a smuggler who knew half of the tools and devices only by what lights they were flashing, and could likely operate very few if any properly. Moving in through the double doors, he was rather relieved to finally be out of the heat of the Korriban desert and into the controled climate that was likely monitered very carefully for best possible preservation results. "This is quite the outfit you're running, Doc." He said after emitting an impressed whistle. "If those dime bag treasure hunters back where I got these artifacts could work this effectively, they'd likely be the ones trading you artifacts, and not me." Of course, that was a bit of a mistruth, since Karth was almost certain the artifacts had been 'aquired' from one of said treasure hunters. "As for price, what do you say we start the bidding high? If your employers think it too much, I can always see if the Jedi are interested in it, or perhaps the Empire's agents. What do you say to fifty million credits, a military grade frigate shield array and a new battle droid? I haven't seen my last droid since the last planet I stopped at, so I figure it's gone for good." As he talked shop, he began to lay out the relics of Rusaan. A blaster pistol of ancient design, a few fragments of what looked to be some sort of shield, a pair of clear airtight containers with scraps of ancient papers, some pieces merely charred embers with a discernable symble on it, others larger pages a few inches across. All the papers bore the same hooked, barbed heiroglyphics which, had Karth been privy to their nature, would have made the manuscript pieces more valuable, for it was the writing of the ancient Sith. Finally, the lightsaber emerged from the canvas bag. The contents were arranged with the lightsaber closest to the pilot, the other artifacts arranged in a semi-circle around it. "There you have it." Something occured to him then, and he thought to mention "There could be more where these came from, since these were pulled up before any official excavation actually started." It was his way of saying he was still worth keeping around, since he could potentially deliver more of these treasures, and since like any good smuggler, he erased all his ship's navigation logs, meaning the location of the planet he found the relics on would not be found. Come to think of it, even under torture he wasn't sure he could reveal that information, since it was Vex, his previous droid, who had input the co-ordinates in the first place. "What're your thoughts?"

| Breg broke out with laughter, along with his peers, at Karth's asking price.. "let me get this straight, you want fifty million credits, a military grade frigate shield array, and you want a new battle droid.." Professor Berg questioned Karth.. "you are quite the comedian, Karth" he looked over to his peers, who still laughed.. "Well it us have a look at what you have here, we will judge", Breg said.. him and his peers now started to inspect the said artifacts, even the manuscript pieces, including the writing of the ancient Sith, which were being looked over with care... by each of them... Breg glanced to Karth, "the manuscript pieces are of interest.. where did you find them, there incredible" he asked with curiosity..

| Karth flashed a roguish smirk and laughed along with the men, though within he felt a level of disdain for these men. The only hint of this would be his laugh was not quite as outgoing as that of the rest of them. Bringing his arms up to cross them over his chest, he stared the men down. "I try my best, Berg." He knew the price was rather high, and the military shields were likely a bit out of the question, but at the same time, he hoped they gleaned that he wasn't completly joking. He was not about to be short changed...especially now that they expressed interest i nthe manuscripts as well. "The manuscripts were found a few hundred metres away from where the light-whip was located, or so I was informed. Right at the edge of the valley where the cliffs rise up. That was the dig site for the foundations of a small smugglers outpost, and they just happened to come across most of the artifacts there. Course, this is all on the planet I mentioned to your benefactor. I'll give you a gold star if you can find it on any of the star charts made in the last few thousand years. Heard the only way it was found was a random hyperspace jump." It wouldn't do any good to check his ship's nav unit, since he erased his navigation logs upon entering the system, and interrogation wouldn't work either, since it had been his droid Vex, who was now missing, that had entered the co-ordinates in the first place. If they wanted to find the planet, they would just have to do their research. "Of course, your interest in the manuscripts makes me consider asking even more. At the very least I want ten million and a new protocol droid. I am sure that is well within the capabilities of the vast Sith empire?"
