| [center]Thrak Xan was standing in the classroom with a datapad in hand, behind him was the holoprojector, for the moment, it only held his name and the lesson of the day, "The Jedi Code - Origin of the Code", as he waited for the class to fill in, his other hand was holding a cup of kaf. The tall Togruta hid his missing finger that some may find gruesome behind the datapad, and stood with his left side to the class so that he was to the right of the projections for the lesson. Cushions were set out for students so that they could make themselves comfortable for the first of many lessons on the code. The next several days would be studying the history behind the modern code used by padawans today, and how it has evolved, also the mantra would be reviewed as part of a multi-pronged study of the code. There was no homework for this class, rather it was an interactive study that would break down the subject as they went along, aiding in the students' building their own interpretation of what the code would mean to them.
"Good morning, take your seats...if you have any questions before we begin, please don't hesitate, you may ask questions throughout the lesson, in fact I strongly encourage that you do..."
With that he set the cup of kaf down and took his place awaiting the start of the class...[/center]
