His name is General Tyfon, a sentient brain in the body of a Droid(yes like Grevious), his name was Scot Tyfon when he joined Grevious in the early days of the CIS's fight. But he was badly injured when he took a blaster bolt for Grevious. Grevious rewarded him by having a similar transformation that he himself went through, he woke up a year later in a droid body.

He was then ordered by Grevious to go on a hunt for the historical planet of Lehon, the homeworld of the ancient race known as Rakatans, and the plans for their Star Forge. His wish was to use the CIS's growing resources to construct a new Star Forge and use it to construct a massive fleet of droid controlled ships and send them to overwhelm the republic.

But by the time Tyfon and his task force actually managed to find the long abandoned planet of Lehon, and ransacked it for anything that was remotely useful, as an advantage over the republic, the war for Independence was over by 6 months. He took his task force and returned to Lehon and set up a base of operations where he planned to reconstruct the CIS.

Information:

The force that was sent to search for Lehon was a mixture of heavy ground forces and moderately strong naval forces, its target was considered to far out to draw the attention of any republic patrols. It was also considered strong enough to brush aside any possible local defense forces, or at least get a good scout report on what the locals would have to resist with for future attacks.

The spread of Organic species sent with the fleet was meant to represent a large number of species, life forms, and expertise. The large variety would help them with any number of tasks that they might run into in the strange areas of space that they would travel through. Its spread was also pretty evenly spread between the sexes. After they set up their headquarters on Lohen, everyone had the chance to set up there own little sections of a city that was built out of a variety of Prefab buildings the fleet had brought with them. Since the set up the numbers have grown a bit, a new younger generation has joined the adults and the number of individuals have gone up to approximately 17,200 individuals.
