| A holoimage would appear to the council, he appeared to be seated in the command chair of a large warship. He was dressed in his unique white and blue robes that he wore while under the tuetillage of his former master....Master Destiney. Ian's reapperance was a surprise to many people, as he was reportedly dead for the past 14 years.
He stood up and bowed to the council deeply, and with a certain elegance. "Honored Masters of the council. I would like to request an audience to speak to you of the....things......I have found since my disappearance from known space, and I have some friends I would like to Introduce you too." Ian requested. "At your convinience of course." He offered a smile and awaited a reply.
