| -Severice was standing at the head of the class, he was not a master but he was skilled enough to fill in for the normal master that tought this class. He always went uncloaked seeing as his outfit had a hood attached to the tunic. His dark eyes looked around the class as he waited for the students to come in and take a seat so the class can get underway.-

| Vanin entered the class, he bowed frist respectfully to the Master Jedi teaching the class. Vanin wasn't fully skilled with his training saber not yet. "Greetings Master Jedi" he smiled, and took a seat in one of the student chairs, his training saber rested on the side of his belt. He sat quietly for the time being. (awesome)

| it was about that time and with the number of Padawan's he hadn't expected a large class to start with. Looking to Vanin he returned the bow, though he was one of the few Jedi to specialize in duel saber combat he was quite skilled in single saber combat as well. "Good day young one, It seems right now it's just you. Tell me, what forms have you already touched on?" He was trying to find a good starting point for the young one. What better way to teach more on the structure already in place.

| Vanin stood being addressed. "Sir the truth is I don't have any combat skills, I am clumsy with a saber to be honest with you. Its why I came to your class, to learn the forms, to better myself in my training." He spoke honestly to the Jedi Master. He realized he was the only one here.

| Severice nodded slightly and brought his hands behind his back. "Well young one, Since you have no combat experience. It's better to start with the basic, The Jedi are not soldiers, fighting is but a last resort when Diplomacy fails. It's also part of our defense against dark siders, and the sith." He started pacing the front of the room as he thought. "So the best place to start is Form one. Now this is the oldest of the seven forms of light saber combat. Shii-cho, other wise known as one of the following names. The way of the Sarlacc, Or simply the Determination form. It's one of the oldest of the seven lightsaber forms. Though this form fosters an Emotionally heated mind set, one must be ever focused to keep oneself from executing combat with lethal intent. This style was designed for the purpose of disarming without seriously injuring." He stopped and looked to the young one. "This form was also specialized towards engaging multiple opponents. Form one however is not suited for single opponents." He was explaining the form as well he could, he had not used form one in some time. Though he was proficient in all seven forms as a Guardian.

| "I understand we are never to draw our blade to attack, only in defence to protect." He watched him pace as he spoke, explaining form one. Vanin was a good listener, paying close attention to the wise jedi masters words. "Form one I will be learning how to block with my training saber" he asked curiously.

| Severice stopped and turned his head to look at the young padawan. "That is correct, young padawan. A Jedi's light saber is a tool to protect, never to destroy." He then turned to face the child and smiled. "And yes, form one is often tough through deflection. In my eye's it is a corner stone to a Form i use more often then the rest. Form V but we will be getting into that at a later time." Severice motioned for the young one to step forward. "Now, Form one maneuvers are often centered around one key Principle. Which is it's Body target zones." Severice removed his light saber from his belt. He always kept both half separated until he needed it. He activated the light saber as the golden blade shot from the emitter. "The stance is often a wide centered stance with your feet just over shoulder length a part. The blade is held at a upward angle so it can be moved to deflect an attack to any part of the body. You try it." He stood there in the stance so the young one could mimic and copy the stance.

| Vanin nodded, and stepped forward as Master Severice motioned for him to do. He removed his training saber activated it, its green glow hummed to life. Vanin watched, and listened. Positioned his left booted foot slightly forward, his right booted foot a step back making sure his stance is centered shoulder length apart. He gripped the handle of his saber in both hands, swiftly bought it upwards in a angle motion to deflect.

| Severice watched a nodded slightly, offering a smile to the young padawan. "Yes, exactly." Severice spoke and stepped back deactivating his light saber. "Now, when facing blaster fire. Try not to use your eyes, but you instincts and let the force guide your movements. This is key to any form, Any Jedi no matter what always fall back on this style when facing multiple ranged enemies, such as a storm trooper. Or they come to Form three for that. But i want you to practice this and when you feel confident in it we will move to deflecting stun bolts." He bowed to the kid and held his light saber at his side. "Now, on to the next. I can only teach you the basic's, it's your job to practice and implement what i teach you."
Severice thought for a moment, most of his learning was done in combat. So explaining was hard to do, but he finally came up with something. "Now Form 2 is a form that most of the great duelists in our order focused on. It is a one handed style in which uses finesse, and accuracy as well as fluid motion of the weapon and body. Not a style i use myself, but i have dabbled in it to an extent." Severice spun the hilt in his hand and activated the blade. The hum off the blade echoing as it came to a stand still beside him. "Form 2 or Makashi's stance is a one handed stance. The index finger resting on the hilt pointed towards the Emitter, with the arm extended and down at a slight angle." He held that stance for the padawan.

| Vanin listens quite closely to the Masters words of wisedom of the 7 forms. It did confuse Vanin slightly but thats why he was here to learn. He nods.. "I don't have problems facing blaster fire, I have become quite good at refleating it with my saber Master. I also understand the makahi form some of it is based on footwork and balance." Vanin said and shifts into the form, gripping the hilt of his saber, a bad habit of the padawan, looking at the Master who held the stance showing him. Vanin moves his index finger to rest on the hilt to point towards the emitter, he slightly extends his arm down some at a slight angle, then looks to the Master, making sure he is doing it right. "am I doing this right Master."

| Severice looked at the padawan and nodded a little bit, the kid was a fast learner. Vanin reminded him of himself. "Yes, now remember that if you choose to specialize in this form you must understand it's strength's as well as there weakness's. Makashi will not stand up long against someone who uses a more power oriented saber style. In order to be a great duelist you must be flexable and able to adapt to that that variable." Severice brought his lightsaber up over his head with the saber pointed back at and angle with two hands gripping the hilt. he moved in front of the young padawan.
"When i use a single saber, i use Form V's dueling Variant Djem So. It utilizes strong strikes with force aided strength, Makashi will not stand up long against such an onslaught so it's wise to specialize into multiple styles or take there strength's and blend them into a single hybrid style." He gave the padawan time to take this information in before he deactivated his lightsaber and brought the hilt back to his side where his other two light sabers where still on his belt.
"Now, we will take a break let you meditate on what you have learned and when you are done we will continue." He moved past the boy and messed up his hair a bit as he placed his light saber on his belt.
