The hologram would appear, blue and transparent on the pedistal. The man would stand quietly for a moment, dressed nicely in a blue uniform which was obviously a military uniform.

"Greetings." he would say simply. "I am Trask Largero, Emperor of the Amest Empire, and i am contacting you to extend an offer of friendship and aide. I would like to participate more in the galaxy and as such I wish to help your senate and join it as well. I am offering a base of operations in my system as well as the best protection I can give to the senate. Either way I would like the Empire to join with you and in return we can provide resources and as i alluded to before a building to hold the senate. Thank you for your time."

He would reach forward and shut off the transmission.
